Serenity on the big screen (a letter from the site)

Hey gang,

I just got the following letter from Adam over at It looks like the BGBC are going to try and get a screening of SERENITY in Louisville, and we could really use your help. If you would like to come down for it (or can make some sort of donation) PLEASE head over to the forums at and post and let us know! It would be really great to have some of y'all down for the show!

(from Adam)

We need your help!! Troy (Visionary) has contacted the Showcase Delux here in town to get us the rights to show Serenity on the bigscreen. They just heard back from Universal and we are a go for a June 22nd 7pm showing! Kicker is: it's $1400 we need to raise for this. We're still working out the details on the money collection, but we figure at 7 bucks a pop, we'd need 200-ish people. I know you have good connections with the SOBs, do you know if they are doing anything of the sort for Serenity day (June 23rd)? If not, I wanted to extend an invitation to them for this. We need to get the word out about this! I'm telling everyone I know
