Episode 34 --- Crash Boom Bam - Part A

Launch into another round of ranting when Episode 34 kicks off!

After the normal round of intros and Glenn raving about World of Warcraft Burning Crusade. Brad rants about insurance, and his new car getting rear ended, Glenn rants about a recent train wreck, and Christina has a mini-rant about the inadequacies of public transportation.

TV and DVD discussion includes The 4400, Supernatural, MI-5, Heroes, The Invincible Iron Man, Ultimate Avengers, The Class, How I Met Your Mother, and Stargate Atlantis.

Since they have seen episodes that have not aired yet in the US, Brad and Christina take a moment and almost have mini episode of Stargate Louisville discussing recent events and casting changes on Stargate Atlantis. They also chat about favorite actors who may be leaving the show and the fact that Jewel Staite will be joining the cast as a series regular in season four.

Episode 33 --- Its All Geek To Me - Part B

The inmates have broken loose and are running the asylum in PodCulture: Episode 33 --- It's All Geek to Me - Part B

Kicking off the show is yet another dose of Glenn's Guilty Pleasures. This time Glenn reviews Guardian of the Realm and talks about a possible future GGP with the film Danger Diabolique.

The fine folks from The Signal have allowed the PC crew to include a wonderful SciFi review all about Doctor Who written by the talented Jill Arroway.

Video game chit chat includes The Sims, Second Life, World of Warcraft, Prey, Rainbow Six Vegas, Marvel Ultimate Alliance. Brad and Christina talk about spending New Years Eve with the crew from Geekshow.us and finally getting to play with a Nintendo Wii while there. The chatter continues with discussion on Burnout Revenge, the Wii Sports Pack, and a story about tracking down another Xbox 360 controller for Christina.

Music talk includes assorted video game music, the Doctor Who Soundtrack, and new music from Gwen Stefani and Josh Groban.

The show wraps up with a geek filled grab bag of topics including the World of Warcraft Collectable Card Game, Heroclix, Apples To Apples, the comic books Agents of Atlas and Marvel Civil War issue 6, and Justice League Unlimited action figures.

Episode 32 --- Its All Geek To Me - Part A



Once again PodCulture hits the podcast universe with another dose of geek-filled goodness.

Brad rants about work, insurance costs, Wells Fargo, and liscense tags for his car. On a more happy note the crew gets a belated Christmas present from the talented artist Stuart Duncan. It's a darn spiffy issue of SFX Magazine.

What In Your DVD Player for this show is all about Mosaic, The Covenant, The 4400, Heroes, Farscape, Stargate SG1, Stargate Atlantis, The Sarah Jane Adventures, Torchwood, Judge Dredd, Doctor Who, The K9 Adventures, and Snakes On A Plane.

There is also some assorted chatter about Christopher Eccleston and George Takei joining the cast of the NBC show Heroes. As well as Glenn gushing briefly about Rainbow Six Vegas.

Episode 31 --- Dorks In a Box - Part B


The weekly wackyness that is PodCulture continues with Part B of Dorks in a Box.

While Christina steps out of the studio for a bit Brad, Glenn and special guest Ryan debate the merits of the new version of Battlestar Galactica versus the classic show, while comparing it to some other cool sci-fi shows like Star Trek, Babylon 5, X-Files, and Lost. The guys also talk about the UK and US editions of the Season One DVD set of BSG.

Glenn's Guilty Pleasures for this episode is Barbarella. And folks should get a kick out of this review from Glenn!

Other assorted geek gabbing includes Voyage to the Bottom of the Sea, the movie C Q, the Duran Duran Barbarella video, Zombiegeddon, The Battlestar Galactica games for the Xbox, Marvel Ultimate Alliance for the Xbox360, the infamous Marvel No Prize, and the fact that Heroes, Smallville and other cool show return to the airwaves later in January.

Brad suggests a new segment idea called What the Filk and even has the first song lined up Mal's Song by Michelle Dockery and Escape Key. Feedback about the new segment idea is GREATLY appreciated!
